Support Project Factory

Project Factory is a volunteer-led Community Interest Company creating arts, cultural and community events that bring people together in Wells and the surrounding area.

Our team gives its time voluntarily to develop and deliver projects that provide opportunities for children, families and adults to participate, learn creative skills, experience something new and play an active part in community life.

Because our work is volunteer-led, donations go towards the materials, venues, performers, equipment and practical costs needed to make our projects happen. Donations of every size make a genuine difference.

What your donation supports

Your support helps us to:

• Purchase creative materials and practical equipment

• Keep community workshops affordable

• Meet venue, performance and event costs

• Create welcoming opportunities for people of different ages and backgrounds

• Develop future arts, cultural and community projects

Support the Wells Lantern Festival

Our annual Lantern Festival brings the community together during the darkest part of the year through affordable lantern-making workshops and a joyful procession around the medieval sites of Wells.

Donations help us provide willow, paper, lights and other workshop materials, as well as meeting the practical costs of staging the community parade.
