This short film captures one of our previous education projects and the experiences created for participating children and schools.
Education has played an important part in many Project Factory projects. Working with schools, teachers, artists and local heritage organisations, we have helped children and young people experience art, culture and the remarkable heritage of Wells.
Our impact so far
Through our previous education projects:
More than 750 children took part in funded Heritage Partners workshops and tours.
Schools travelled from across Somerset, including Taunton, Wincanton, Shepton Mallet and Yeovil.
More than 300 students attended our CHATS programme free of charge.
Our activities have included artist-led workshops, sculpture projects, talks, tours and opportunities to explore places such as Wells Cathedral, The Bishop’s Palace and Wells & Mendip Museum.

What happens next?
We do not currently have a standalone education programme open for bookings. However, we remain interested in including meaningful opportunities for children, young people and schools in our future projects.
