Wells City Council agreed to purchase Portway from Somerset County Council!
Project Factory CIC, as a member of the Portway Annexe Community Group, helped to secure the building for the future use of the local community as an Adult Education Centre and Community Hub. PACG worked with Wells City Council and other members of the community to put together a proposal and business plan, which led to the purchase. Join Project Factory and our partners in making use of this fantastic community resource.
